Butones Jewelry began as a simple hobby in 2020, at a time when I was working at the Santa Clara County Counsel. While I was grateful for my career, I felt a deep longing to pursue something closer to my heart—something that combined my passion for art and my years of admiration for luxury designers. In creating Butones Jewelry, I wanted to bring together the two worlds I loved: the free-spirited, bohemian soul within me and the refined elegance of high-end fashion.
Butones Jewelry is more than just a brand—it's an expression of the contrasts and contradictions that make us unique. It’s about blending the raw, untamed beauty of artistic freedom with the timeless, meticulous craftsmanship of luxury design. With every piece, I aim to celebrate that duality, and to give new life to what might otherwise be discarded.
What began as a creative outlet has blossomed into something far more meaningful over the years. The more I craft these repurposed designer pieces, the more I realize how much they embody history, transformation, and the power of reinvention. All jewelry elements are responsibly sourced from United States, Japan, various parts of Europe and carefully handmade in California.
