Are the designer pieces authentic?

All of Butones Jewelry designer pieces are 100% authentic! We use reputable and trusted suppliers from Australia, Japan and France who sources the buttons and zipper pulls. I also work with a local Parisian vintage collector to source rare buttons. All designer pieces are pre-owned and may have light scratches due to vintage condition. Please refer to my Journal for more information.

Is everything handmade?

All pendants, bracelets, and rings are handmade. I occasionally use ready made chains.

What are the chains made of?

Will the jewelry turn green or irritate my skin?

I have tested all of Butones jewelry and concluded that it does not stain or irritate your skin however I cannot guarantee whether the jewelries will irritate your skin as it's based on each body's chemistry.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

Butones Jewelry ships worldwide!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to Covid-19, there may be some shipping delays but all packages are sent with a tracking number so you are able to keep update of your purchase.

What do I do if my order arrived broken?

All of Butones items are carefully checked and packed securely before it is shipped out. In rare events like this, please contact me with photos within 48 hours of receiving your item via email at butonesjewelry@gmail.com. I offer free repairs, credit and exchange but unfortunately, I cannot offer above after 48 hours of receiving your item.

My package is lost, what do I do?

Butones is not responsible for lost packages as all items are shipped with tracking numbers. You can submit a form here for lost or late packages: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Can I purchase the pendant on it's own?

Based on availability, yes you can!

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I can also make something similar for you if the item you like is already sold out. Please note that “remake” items will not be identical and might have small variation. Please send inquiries for custom items via email at butonesjewelry@gmail.com or Instagram message.
