We truly appreciate your love and support. All Butones Jewelry are repurposed from carefully inspected and responsibly sourced authentic designer elements and handmade into new unique jewelry. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or Instagram DM. Please provide your order number, contact information and brief detail of the problem along with photos.

Website and Instagram Purchases

All sales are final with few exceptions. Butones Jewelry are all repurposed from authentic designer pieces that came from previously owned items. All our jewelry will have detailed descriptions and photos. You can also request for additional photos on all Instagram sales via Instagram DM. Please make sure that you read all the description, sizing and examine all photos.

Exemptions

Butones Jewelry offers free repair, credit or exchange only on defective items. On rare occasion that you received a defective jewelry, please contact us within 48 hours - if 48 hours have gone by since you have received your purchase and you have not contacted Butones Jewelry, you will not be eligible for the free repair, credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a free repair or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, Butones will notify you of the approval or rejection of your free repair, credit or exchange.

Alterations & Repairs

There will be a fee for all Butones Jewelry that needs alterations after receipt (size, style, etc.) and for all Butones Jewelry that needs repairs after being used more than once.

Return Shipping Cost

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Butones Jewelry will only pay for the shipping cost of unused jewelry that needed to be repaired due to defects.

Our jewelry are made from used, previously owned, purchased new directly from the fashion houses or second-hand authentic designer items purchased lawfully on the secondary authorized reseller or market and lawfully recycled or repurposed. Butones Jewelry does not claim any rights on any luxury designer symbol, any luxury designer trademark, or any other related mark.

Butones Jewelry Rights

Butones Jewelry reserve the right to refuse service or refund purchases at any given time, without prior notice, at their discretion.
